Für das Spiel ist jetzt die riesige, semiprofessionelle Mod "Fallout London" für PC erschienen. Sie ist kostenlos, zum Spielen braucht man allerdings das Basisspiel mit allen Erweiterungen bzw die GotY-Edition. Außerdem muss man das Spiel einem Downgrade unterziehen, da es nicht auf das Next-Gen-Upgrade ausgelegt ist. Es gibt Tools dafür, die einem die Arbeit abnehmen. Runterladen kann man das Ganze kostenlos über GoG, kann es allerdings wohl auch für die Steam-Version verwenden. Nur mit der Epic-Version funktioniert es nicht, da dort kein Downgrade möglich ist. Auch Konsoleros bleiben außen vor.
