-Fix issue in LoadingExtension

-Complex update procedure is no longer needed!

-Change name in Content Manager

-Pop up an error window instead of just throwing exception

-When required pillars are disabled in Content Manager, a warning window will popup in-game
-Fixed ground and elevated station tracks turning into tunnels on reloading a saved game
-Updated spawn points calculation for game's version 1.7
-This version should be compatible with my upcoming Improved Stop Selection (ex-MTSE)
-Some minor fixes

Das Extra Update ist notwendig, weil Laxarus weg ist und BP wohl nicht an den anderen Acc kommt um dort was zu ändern oder zu uppen - ka.

Warum .. ich finde die wirklich gut gemacht - gut das die Leute plötzlich weg sind, kannste ja bei jeder Mod haben.
