Hey everyone,
We think we've found the cause of the problem. As part of Alpha 2 we've upgrade the version of our audio middleware, and this now requires XAudio 2.7 to be present. We'll look to include this as part of the launcher in the future, but for those who want to get audio back now can you try downloading PlanetCoaster_XAudioRedist.zip. If you extract this zip file and run dxsetup.exe, let the installer complete then run Planet Coaster again you should now have audio.
